UPDATE - Hired Royal Palm Floors to come back and completely renovate 2 full bathrooms and everything went perfect. Demo was fast and easy, plumbing and installation was done quickly and thoroughly! Once again, results were amazing! Anyone interested in home remodeling really needs to give Royal Palm floors a call.

ORIGINAL - Royal Palm floors completely redid my house – Upstairs, downstairs and staircase- and for the most part it came out wonderful. I would have given 5 stars, however we had some issues with the stairs where we felt things could have been handled differently. Michael was helpful at troubleshooting but in the end it just wasn’t perfect. To his credit, he made several attempts to fix them but all unsuccessful. In hindsight, we probably should have been advised that the material we chose (Luxury vinyl) was not the best choice for stairs. However, the 36*36 tiles are gorgeous!

I originally walked into Royal Palm Flooring during COVID, and I instantly knew this would be the place to help me bring my project to life. Their showroom is clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable from the start.

Steven came out to take measurements and helped me choose flooring that matched exactly what I pictured. He advised me on finishing touches like quarter rounds — things I wouldn’t have thought of myself.

Once painting was finished, the install team returned and absolutely nailed the job. Clean cuts, tight seams, and excellent detail work around the sliding door, the closet entry, and the room door. It’s the kind of craftsmanship that really elevates the space.

The best part? The whole job was completed for about $1,012 — unbelievably fair for this quality of work. Steven has been there every step of the way, and the result is stunning. The room looks completely transformed — it pops!

I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Royal Palm Flooring!

As a Real Estate Broker oftentimes I need a reliable flooring company to help change floors in my listings. Steve has been great to work with. Very knowledgeable and they have done a great job replacing floors, most recently in two of my listings. Thank you for a great experience.

Absolutely recommend them for any flooring needs. They were quick to respond, quick to schedule and to finish. They did a great job installing, much better than my builder. I will 1000% be using them again in the future.

We had our luxury vinyl placed by someone else (a joe shmoe). It started to buckle. And Royal Palm Floors saved the day! Steve at the store was amazing to work with. Really helped us out because we were pressed for time (we are selling our house). Their floor installer did immaculate work! I will recommend them to everyone!

After experiencing significant water damage at my property, I was overwhelmed with the task of replacing all of my floors. I reached out to several companies, but it wasn’t until I met Michael from Royal Palm Flooring that I truly felt at ease. Despite me being located in Jupiter, Michael made the trip out quickly and immediately impressed me with his sincerity, professionalism, and genuine desire to help.

Throughout the process, he offered multiple flooring options and took the time to guide me through everything. His knowledge, kindness, and patience made a stressful situation feel manageable. I also visited their showroom, where I found a stunning tile that I ended up loving even more once it was installed.

The installation team was fantastic. True perfectionists who were not only skilled but also extremely clean and respectful of my home. The finished product is absolutely beautiful, and I honestly love the floors far more than I ever expected to.

I highly recommend Michael and the team at Royal Palm Flooring for any flooring project. Their customer service, quality of work, and attention to detail are second to none.

Best,
Rose Regan
